These are some of the interventions I use in the process of healing in order to clear negative emotions and limiting beliefs.  Although there is more to learn about the application of these techniques, they can still be very effective, even if you are a totally new to using them.  Try them anytime you’re feeling unhappy, anxious, sad, angry or afraid.
